I have been telling people that lately God has been doing great stuff in my life, but the truth is he has always intended this good stuff to be happening to me. It’s just that in the last couple of years I am finally stepping into what he has called me to. My purpose my reason. I am bearing the fruit of what I’ve put in. And being that I’m so stubborn, it took many trials – deep dark valleys – to get me to wake up to the pursuing of the Holy Spirit that has been taking place for my entire life. I’m so grateful that he’s not giving up on me. As Drew Simpson said recently, “I think about God’s long-suffering in waiting for us, pursuing us” gently leading and waiting for us to wake up and realize what he has in store for us. And I am so grateful He didn’t stop. ❤️
